- Clinical Trial administrative support assigned to North Latam - Global Clinical Site Management department, in order to assist the North Latam Cluster to ensure patient safety and quality study execution in accordance with prevailing laws, Good Clinical Practices, and Pfizer standards (if applicable).
In addition this position is a key contributor in the support of specific project to shape the north latam clinical trial environment and increase the clinical trials allocation at North Latam Cluster.
Support the development of clinical trial shape environment strategy, with key internal and external stakeholders.
Support the local Pfizer interaction with different stakeholders through the development of materials and participation on initiatives.
Assist the DCO and RCSLs on site management activities to ensure effectiveness of the clinical trial safeguarding and data oversight
Maintenance of the local clinical trial database, ensuring completeness and accurate information, in terms of country Inspection/Audit readiness.
Creation and maintenance of other trackers to support DCO/RCSLs awareness and end to end process follow up for safeguarding patient safety and quality data. Training & Education Preferred:
A scientific student in the healthcare area is preferred along with willingness to learn clinical trial methodology, subject's safety protection and data integrity surveillance in Pharmaceutical Clinical trial environment.
Advance English language is essential
Knowledge of Basic Research Concepts and comfortable with research environment
• Comfortable in the use of Power Point and Excel; and capability to consolidate, analyze and interpret data.
•Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and coordinate activities with others.
•Well-developed planning, observation, analytical and problem-solving skills
•Ability to organize tasks, time and priorities of self and others tasks.
