Purpose of role:
The Commercial services in Peru is responsible for:
Modern channel invoices monthly process to ensure “0” overdue working with the sales executives, finance and SSC
Sellout/Stocks data base monthly load and update by customer, brand/sku and sub channel
Lead VAPS project for Peru, understanding store back timings to ensure all timelines are achieved with clear objectives and owners.
Support the Commercial team with the following activities:
COUPA management for purchase orders
Budget tracking (IO's)
Track and control POP warehouses in a monthly to ensure productivity and efficiency in our investments with specific recommendations and decisions
A&P financial accruals in a monthly basis (scorecard with each budget owner performance)
Top 3-5 Accountabilities:
Embrace Athena and COUPA as the planning and execution investment with customer, 100% embedded culture of Pre and Post M&E
Key enabler for Modern channel “0” overdue commitment
Vaps project leader to ensure 100% compliance with timings and budgets
Share insights and specific recommendations for interventions in commercial team
Understand and embed of CP&A processes and tools
Ensures full compliance with CARM, Diageo Code of Conduct and DMC.
Qualifications and Experience Required :
Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Engineer or related field.
English and Spanish required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, finance and /or customer marketing /trade marketing areas.
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively internally and externally with good influential and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical, presentation and project management skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, tenacious with commercial drive and commercial curiosity.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
