Mondelez International is looking for: Project Analyst

Description:

  • The objective of the position is:

  • To provide support from Engineering Capex Controller perspective to Engineering Leaders and Finance COE Teams across the LA Region on Budgeting, Forecasting, Closing and Reporting.

  • To support asset management activities from engineering perspective.

  • To track IIM Pillar activities.

  • To execute master shopper functions for Engineering/Base Business.

  • To maintain visual management in the Engineering/Base Business.

  • This position will be in touch with different level of the organisation and will be helping the leaders to make sound decision.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Closing Month process between local controlling and Engineering, updating Capex Reports for Latin America

  • Understand with the team the main variance against the official scenario;

  • Responsible for consolidate the Best Estimate every month;

  • Responsible for consolidate the Forecast and Annual Contract Process;

  • Perform a deep dive into capex database looking for Opportunities to optimize;

  • Follow-up the Plant Team and help them with questions regarding Capex/Opex Projects;

  • Responsible for Opex Control by Project;

  • Engineering Cost Center Control;

  • Responsable to Initiate the Purchasing processes in Engineering / Follow-up / linking with Project Leaders and the Purchasing Team. (The means to do this will be by Catalys project (SAP) To be able to reach the goods and services necessary for the development of the projects, which should have experience and management in the SAP system) (Activator = responsible for the attention, development and negotiation With suppliers, activation and monitoring of purchases, control of services, and the generation of reports and statistics to management)

  • Owner of the assets final dispossal process and the asset go live process resulting from an Engineering Project.

Qualifications

Academic Knowledge:

  • Graduated in Business Administration, Engineering and/or related areas;

  • Required: English language (Advanced)

Working Knowledge:

  • Project Finance & Administration, understanding concepts as capex and opex;

  • Knowledge in Engineering: Knowledge in Projects Management; Budget Process and Tracking & Control
